Welcome to Have Fun! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services related to purchasing tickets for house parties and events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold unless explicitly authorized by Have Fun.
• The event tickets, including the QR code, will be sent to the individual whose name appears on the billing information.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or there is a change in the event date. Changes in event timings do not qualify for refunds.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Have Fun is not responsible for any cancellations for any reason. Restaurants, cafés, lounges, and bars reserve the right to cancel any reservation at their sole discretion. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the respective establishment’s policies. If a restaurant denies seating for any reason, a refund request may be submitted for review. Refunds will be processed at our discretion based on the circumstances. Have Fun holds no liability for cancellations or any resulting inconveniences.

3. Unauthorized Purchases

• Have Fun is not responsible for any purchases made through unauthorized or fraudulent websites claiming to be associated with us.
• We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through our official website to avoid scams and ensure authenticity.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the event of a cancellation or a change in date, Have Fun will notify all ticket holders via the contact information provided during purchase.
• For canceled events, full refunds will be issued.
• For rescheduled events, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless a refund is requested within the specified timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Have Fun is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from your attendance at an event.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues or errors related to the use of our website.

6. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all event rules and regulations. Have Fun reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee violating these rules without refund.
• Any fraudulent tickets will be subject to legal action under the applicable law or act.

7. Privacy Policy

• By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your information remains safe with us. We prioritize protecting your personal data and ensure it is securely stored.

8. Amendments to Terms

• Have Fun reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

9. Attendance Policy for Minors at 18+ Events

1. Minors’ Attendance
   Minors (individuals under the age of 18) may be allowed to attend certain events classified as “18+” only under the following conditions:
   • They must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult authorized to supervise them.
   • Proof of consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required for unaccompanied minors.
2. Parental Responsibility
   Parents, legal guardians, or accompanying adults assume full responsibility for the safety, well-being, and behavior of any minor under their care during the event.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
   Have Fun Events does not accept any responsibility for minors attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
   • Injuries, accidents, or harm incurred by the minor during the event.
   • Exposure to content or environments deemed inappropriate for their age.
   • Any actions or decisions taken by the minor during or after the event.
4. Supervision Requirement
   Event organizers reserve the right to request that minors be accompanied at all times and to remove individuals who fail to comply with event rules or guidelines.
5. Acknowledgment and Agreement
   By attending the event, parents, guardians, or authorized supervisors acknowledge and agree to these terms. It is their sole responsibility to ensure the minor’s conduct aligns with event policies.

Legal Drinking Age Compliance

• Attendees must provide valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for age verification at the entrance. (Permits for Alcohol remains to the Party host)
• “Have Fun” is not responsible for any actions, incidents, or consequences arising from alcohol consumption at its events. Attendees are solely responsible for their behavior and decisions.
• Compliance with Laws
  All attendees are required to comply with applicable state and local laws regarding alcohol consumption. Alcohol consumption at any event under “Have Fun” are strictly limited to individuals of legal drinking age as per state law.
• Permits and Responsibility
  The responsibility for obtaining and adhering to any necessary alcohol permits remains solely with the party host. “Have Fun” is not involved in securing permits and assumes no liability for non-compliance.
• Safety and Moderation
  Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to deny alcohol service to individuals who appear intoxicated or pose a risk to themselves or others.

Terms and Conditions for Order Management

1. Order Processing and Management 1.1. Restaurants must process and fulfill all received orders promptly and accurately. 1.2. Restaurants are strictly prohibited from deleting, trashing, or otherwise removing any order from the system. 1.3. Any attempt to delete or manipulate order records may result in legal action and termination of the restaurant’s partnership with our platform.

2. Order Cancellation and Modifications 2.1. Restaurants may only cancel an order under specific circumstances, such as unavailability of items or operational constraints, and must notify the customer immediately. 2.2. Order modifications must be documented, and customers must be informed of any changes in their order status.

3. Legal Compliance 3.1. All transactions and records must be maintained as per local regulations and food safety laws. 3.2. Restaurants found violating these terms may face penalties, including removal from the platform and possible legal consequences. 3.3. The platform reserves the right to audit restaurant order logs and investigate any suspected fraudulent activities.

4. Accountability and Transparency 4.1. Restaurants must maintain a record of all orders and ensure transparency in handling cancellations and disputes. 4.2. Customers have the right to report discrepancies in their orders, and the platform will conduct necessary investigations. 4.3. Repeated violations of order management policies may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

5. Amendments to Terms 5.1. The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice to registered restaurants. 5.2. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using this platform, restaurants agree to comply with the above terms and conditions to ensure a fair and transparent ordering system.
